Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 18th May 2025):

• Maximum: 30 Years
• Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwD (15 years)

Educational Qualification:

• Engineering Disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT): Fulltime Bachelors’s degree in relevant engineering stream.
• HR: Graduate with two years MBA/PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel.
• Environment: Degree in Environmental Engineering or PG in Environmental Science/ Engineering.
• Geology: M.Sc./ M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/ Geophysics or Engineering Geology.
• Finance: CA/ICWA-CMA or two-year MBA with Finance.
• Law: Graduate degree in Law (3- year LLB or 5-year integrated).

Pay Scale:

• Training Stipend: ₹50,000/ to ₹1,60,000/- during training
• After training, Executive Trainees will become Engineers/ Officers with a 3% salary increase.
• Benefits include HRA, PF, medical, performance pay etc.

Service Bond:

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 10 lakhs
• SC/ST/PwBD: Rs. 7.5 lakhs

(For completing training and serving at least 3 years)
