Treasury Advisor	Graduate with 15+ years experience in banking/ finance including 5 years integrated Treasury; Should have headed a Treasury operations unit
Chief Risk Officer	Graduate with FRM/PRM certification; preferably CFA/ CA/ CMA; 5 years in risk & credit roles (AGM level or above)
Chief Technology Officer	B.E./B.Tech/MCA;15+ years in banking IT roles including senior management experience in financial systems, cybersecurity, IT architecture etc.
Company Secretary	Member of ICSI; Preferably CA/ICWA/LLB; 12+ years in listed entities, knowledge of SEBI/RBI compliance and Company law
